Chief Executive Officer, Douglass B. Azar
Our Founder and C.E.O, Douglass B. Azar, (D. B. A.) is a Licensed Contractor in Nevada and owns a U. L. Listed Electrical Sign Manufacturing shop in Las Vegas. He has owned the business based in Las Vegas since October of 1999. He has been a Contractor licensed in the State of Nevada since June of 2001.
In 2003 thru 2005 he Founded, Directed and was the Lead Instructor of Nevada’s only Licensed Post Secondary Trade School teach the Art and Science of manufacturing Gas Discharged Tube signs, "Neon Signs"..
Qualification,
D. B. A. is solely responsible for the Design, Engineering and Building of our fire Suppressant, Pumping System.
D. B. A. is a C6 Licensed Contractor in the State in Nevada. For the past 10 years he has been responsible for all project engineering, project layout, electrical schematics, electrical load calculations, structural engineering, employment requirements, employee conduct, business and administration management, sales management and quality control.
D. B. A.'s Academic studies ranged from Architectural Drafting, Construction Project Management to Bio Medical Engineering.
D.B.A. Apprenticeships programs Carpenter with wood and metal, an electrician, a plumber, a welder, a glass bender, air painter, an equipment operator, life guard, school teacher, a brush painter, a cad computer designer, project estimator,
D. B. A. has the Skill Level of a Journeyman in the following fields; Carpenter, electrician, plumber, welder, glass bender, cad computer designer, machinist, mechanical and electrical engineer.
Administrative Director, Maria E. Azar
After receiving an Associates Degree in Business Administration, she worked for several years in the L.A. County Schools. Duties were record keeping, clerical, and administrative work. After her time with the schools she worked with the Realtors as Loan Officers, also Property Management and Property Investor. For over the past decade she has worked as the Administrator for a busy sign manufacturing business. She was also required to handle all legal documents for her husband’s electrical sign contracting side of the business. She is bilingual and has exceptional communication skills.
Chief Financial Officer, Brian Der Vartanian
Brian Der Vartanian is a Licensed, C. P. A. in California. He owns a Firm called, Der Vartanian Accountancy Corporation. Located at 501 East Harvard St., Glendale, CA. 91205. Although his business is located in a different part of the state of California than Fire Suppressant Systems Cooperate office, with the aid of the internet and a Web Cam he will attend All meetings that pertain to the companies Financial Matters. With his expertise in taxes, payroll, accounting, bookkeeping and investments, Douglass B. Azar trusts that All his recommendations will be intended for the Companies financial security.
Director of Operations Guillermo Lopez
Guillermo Lopez, has owned a Family Print Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada. He took over the Family business in February 1993. As a Print Shop Owner/Manager, he has been responsible for all projects.
Working in the Print Industry has given him the opportunity to learn the necessary skills to manage and work as a team leader. His has been the person that has set the Bar in his Print Shop. By doing this his staff can accomplish and achieve all projects with the best quality to meet deadlines.
This experience has given him the skills to become a better manager and to communicate well with individuals of all levels with in the English and Spanish markets.
Director of Sales, Mark Lehman
Mark Lehman has been in the automotive sales industry for over 20 years. He has set numerous sales records at different organizations that he has worked for, both in Hawaii and California. He has been the Team Leader of sales teams that have achieved record sales in various markets and economic climates.
Mark has been associated with Douglass B. Azar in previous business ventures. They have worked well as a Team. Douglass B. Azar is excited about the positive Energy that Mark Lehman brings to his company.
Originally from Alabama, Mark has extensive knowledge of different markets around the country. This experience has given him the skills needed to communicate with individuals of all levels.
