Our Founder

Our Founder and C.E.O., Douglass B. Azar is a Licensed Contractor in Nevada and owns an Electrical Sign Manufacturing shop in Las Vegas. He has owned the business based in Las Vegas since October of 1999. He than became the Contractor, licensed in the State of Nevada in June of 2001.

Over the past decade he has been solely responsible for all project engineering, project layout, electrical schematics, electrical load calculations, structural engineering, employment requirements, employee conduct, business and administration management, sales management and quality control.

Douglass B. Azar also taught the Art and Science of how to design, manufacture and process Gas Discharged Tubes, "Neon", in Las Vegas for 3 yeas. The last year of his school, Neon Trade School was Nevada’s only State Licensed Post Secondary Trade School teaching this trade. He was the schools Founder, Director and Instructor. He was able to teach 36 students the Trade while Managing a busy U.L. Listed Electrical Sign shop.

Prior to moving to Las Vegas in the late Nineties, Douglass B. Azar has worked, attended apprenticeships programs or attended colleges from Hawaii to Florida.

His studies ranged from Architectural Drafting, Construction Project Management to Bio Medical Engineering.

He is a Journeyman Tradesman in many Fields. He has worked from an apprentice up to Foreman on all types of construction projects. Project sizes ranged from Douglass B. Azar working by himself to Supervising Foreman of up to 75 workers doing a variety of Trades throughout a large commercial construction project.

The Trades he has worked also has a wide range. He has been a Carpenter with wood and metal, an electrician, a plumber, a welder, a glass bender, air painter, an equipment operator, life guard, school teacher, a brush painter, a cad computer designer, project estimator, a chef and a bartender.

With the range of education, trade skills, supervising skills, the ability to think on his feet and problem solve when time is of the essence, Douglass B. Azar’s Vision to orchestrate a Warehouse / manufacturing facility will be a profitable venture for all involved.

Douglass B. Azar has used knowledge he gained from his experiences with what works and what fails. He has also spent many hours studying what makes some products extremely reliable and dependable under good to adverse conditions. He has had many variety of products that appeared exactly the same as the dependable products yet would fail even in the best of conditions. This has caused him to take broken stuff apart not to fix, but to find out how come it failed.

In his youth he was kind of a child that would always be asking why? Over the years he has maintained the inquisitive mind that made him wonder why one product was solid while its duplicate was weak.

With what he has learned from all the un-sanction tests over the years he has incorporated in his Revolutionary Pumping System.

Douglass B. Azar has used this mind set to teach his sons as they grow into adults as well as how his Pumping System is to be, that being, "Dependable, Reliable and Accountable"

When Douglass B. Azar was designing his completely unique Pumping System from the start there were 4 main factors that went into his design. 1, minimum complexities involved. 2, high quality reliable parts or processes. 3, quick and easy to assemble. 4, the cost and price.

In short, knowledge, skills, experience, drive and having the ability to build a Pumping System that will not only change lives, but save them as well.  These qualifications make Douglass B. Azar the Man to build a Company that is extremely productive, efficient, cost conscious while building a System that will save lives!
