Parts Needed for our Machine
The following is a list of Parts needed to build our Machine. We welcome Bids for your products that we can use to build our system. A few of the items we have commitments from certain Manufactures. However, if they are unable to meet our needs we will call your company for the parts needed to fulfill our orders.
Batteries; 6 volt Deep Cell
Solar Panels; 12 volt DC. Size 12" by 48"
DC Controller; 12 volt, 20 amp or less.
Copper wire; Red and Black #2 gauge, #14 gauge black, white, green. #26 gauge
Assorted Electrical; wire nuts, tie wraps, switches,
DC Relay Timer; On / Off
Invertors; 24 volt DC to 240 AC 5000 watt or greater, 12 volt DC to 115 AC 500 watt
Frequency Drive; 5, 7.5, 10, 15 horsepower drives
Circuit Board; Construction of Our Patented Microcontroller Board
Control Vales; Electrical control; valves sizes 1&1/2" and 1/2"
Harden Gears; Call for size requirements, pitch and angle.
Electrical Motors; Premium efficiency electric motors. Size 3, 5, 7.5 and 10 horsepower.
Impellers; Must meet the same endurance tolerances as Simis Pump Valve companies Impellers.
Impeller Housings; Call for size requirements, drawings.
Pressure Booster Tank; Must be Injected Plastic. Call for size requirements, drawings.
Zink Sprinkler Heads; Size of jet nozzle heads, 9/64", 5/32", 1/4", Water cannon.
Cellular Phone; Must call out preset number when DC power is supplied to it.
